Mini New York cheesecakes

If you like cheesecake, then this mini version will really appeal to you and will surely be a part of your dessert menu.

This is a super simple recipe. Preparation takes 5 minutes, then an hour in the fridge and baking time. It really doesn’t get any easier.

In addition, acidic berry jam perfectly balances the delicate taste of the cheesecake.

Mini New York cheesecakes


  • 600 g of philadephia cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
  • 50 g of fine sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Mix all ingredients except flour until smooth.
  2. At the very end, add the flour and mix well.
  3. Put the mass in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  5. We will bake the cheesecakes in a water bath in individual ramekins.

  6. Put the cheese mix into each ramekin.

  7. Put the ramekins in a deep pan and pour boiling water to cover ramekins halfway.

  8. Bake 45 minutes at 160 degrees.
  9. Serve hot or cold with lots of blueberry jam.
