I just couldn’t resist making this marinated feta herbs and chilis. Let me show you how easy it is to make.
Marinated feta cheese in olive oil, with herbs and chilli
What you have are some really tasty feta cheese chunks that are perfect for a salad, to be spread on crackers or some sourdough bread.
- 200 g feta cheese cut in chunks, small or big your choice
- 2 red chillies cut lenghtwise
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the feta
Cut the feta cheese into cubes
Layer the jar with herbs, cheese and peppers. Cover with olive oil to the top.
Store in the fridge.
