Maca porridge

It has been a while since my last breakfast inspiration.
One of my favorite breakfast during the working week is porridge. Simple to prepare, ready in just a few minutes, yet so many possibilities to eat it!
spreads give a very short boost of energy. This is a simple way to top up your energy for a few hours, and super yummy way.
Today, maca porridge with homemade hazelnut milk.

  • 4 tbsp gluten free oats
  • 1 cup of homemade hazelnut milk
  • 1 tsp mama powder
  • toppings: fruits, quinoa pops, pecans, sea buckthorn powder
  1. Warm up the milk, add oats and simmer for 5 min on low heat.
  2. When ready add fruits and toppings of your choice.
