Pour the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients into the mixer bowl with the dough hook.
Separate yolks from whites.
Heat the milk with butter until it dissolves, leave to cool for 2 minutes.
Run the mixer on slow speed, increase after 2 minutes. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes.
Heat oil to 170-180 degrees. It is best to use a sugar thermometer.
