In 100ml of warm milk, mix the yeast with sugar and two tablespoons of flour.
Set aside in a warm place for about 15 minutes. When the yeast swells, we add them to the flour, along with the egg and the rest of the milk and butter.
Using a hand stand mixer, knead the dough to the moment to combine all the ingredients, and the dough will be silky smooth.
Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
After rising, the dough is kneaded briefly so that it becomes elastic.
Divide it into equal parts, from 8-12, and then under cover, leave the balls for about 10-15 minutes in a warm place to rise.
Put the balls on a strainer over a pot with boiling water, under the cover, steam about 12-15 minutes.
Serve with yogurt and a spoon of blueberry jam.
