This is a super simple recipe. Preparation takes 5 minutes, then an hour in the fridge and baking time. It really doesn’t get any easier.

Mini New York cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 600 g of philadephia cheese
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
- 50 g of fine sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except flour until smooth.

At the very end, add the flour and mix well.

Put the mass in the fridge for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

We will bake the cheesecakes in a water bath in individual ramekins.

Put the cheese mix into each ramekin.

Put the ramekins in a deep pan and pour boiling water to cover ramekins halfway.
