Vegan apple and raspberry turnovers

 

 

Such a great dessert in 30 min. Without unnecessary dirty dishes.

I always have puff pastry in the fridge / freezer. You can really make a lot of tasty meals out of it. And probably now, when I go out shopping so little and I have a few rolls tucked away in the freezer, I will show you how to cook delicious things with it.

Vegan apple and raspberry turnovers

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 6 tbsp of apple preserves alternative cut 3 apples into small chunks and fry them

  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with a fan or 200 up/down.

  2. Cut the puff pastry into 13x13 cm squares. You will get six large cakes come out of one sheet.
  3. Place a tablespoon of roasted apples, a few raspberries on each square.
  4. Fold the opposite corner of the cake into a triangle. Use a fork to clamp the edges together.
  5. Brush with oil, sprinkle with almonds.
  6. Bake 20-23 min or until browned.
