If you bake cakes as often as I do, and you have some cake cuttings, you do not throw them out- ever, make yourself some deliciousness.
I recently baked sponge cake for a double-layered cake and one of them did not work out, I mean I cut it and it wasn’t even so I couldn’t use it. No problemo, we can reuse it, zero waste. 😀
But if you don’t have a a sponge cake, tea biscuits will be fine too. So, instead of the amount of a sponge cake, add equal weight of the biscuits
Such a dessert will be the perfect sweet gift for your loved ones.
