Yoghurt cake with whipped cream and cherries

Hello everyone.

Its been a while since my last post. So much has changed in the last couple of months. We moved, I am unemployed, well, I am trying to make my photography business to work.

But today, I am bringing you a new recipe. A recipe that I meant to post a while back.

Hope you will love it and let me know if you try it by tagging me on your social media.

When I serve this cake and then tell the guest that they eat yogurt cake, their eyes open wide in disbelief. And their hand will reach for another piece to better analyze this dessert.
I tried to make cakes with yogurt and usually, their structure is denser and heavier. This recipe has an extremely light dough. It’s almost like a sponge cake. Very tasty, quick and easy to do.

I usually use this recipe for birthday cakes or cakes with whipped cream and fruit.
It works perfectly!

So I invite you for a recipe. I hope you like it and give it a chance  :).
