One of my favorite breakfast during the working week is porridge. Simple to prepare, ready in just a few minutes, yet so many possibilities to eat it!
spreads give a very short boost of energy. This is a simple way to top up your energy for a few hours, and super yummy way.
Today, maca porridge with homemade hazelnut milk.
- 4 tbsp gluten free oats
- 1 cup of homemade hazelnut milk
- 1 tsp mama powder
- toppings: fruits, quinoa pops, pecans, sea buckthorn powder
- Warm up the milk, add oats and simmer for 5 min on low heat.
- When ready add fruits and toppings of your choice.
